Not-for-profit Leadership

Commit A Few Hours and Accomplish a Change Forever

During this seminar, Wendell Seaborne, Ph. D. leads the volunteer and professional members of the leadership team(s) of not-for-profit organization(s) to a greater understanding of their role and how to accomplish their dream of making a real difference in the lives of others. Whether your organization is involved in arts advocacy, or bettering the business community, or providing persons with life-giving help, this seminar can lead you to a better way to do so.

Although flexible, the seminar is generally structured as five 1-hour sessions. This structure allows for participants to develop their personal skills without sacrificing their personal life. These have been presented in a single day, as often as weekly or as convenient as monthly around a regularly scheduled meeting of the board.

  • Can’t have a Mission Without a Margin
    • Overview of finance and fundraising
