D. leads the volunteer and professional members of the leadership team(s) of not-for-profit organization(s) to a greater understanding of their role and how to accomplish their dream of making a real difference in the lives of others. Giving board members opportunities to rate their job performance is a fundamental part of the overall board evaluation system and integral to best governance practices.

Conflict Resolution: Gaining Commitment and Direction

During this highly-interactive seminar, Wendell Seaborne, Ph. D. leads the participants in skill-development and practice sessions to sharpen his or her abilities to work through difficulties in order to gain commitment and direction to a cause. The end goal of the seminar is to allow the participants to help others work through the bumps that arise along the way so any organization can accomplish their mission to a greater degree.

Not-for-profit Leadership: Commit A Few Hours and Accomplish a Change Forever

During this seminar, Wendell Seaborne, Ph. D. leads the volunteer and professional members of the leadership team(s) of not-for-profit organization(s) to a greater understanding of their role and how to accomplish their dream of making a real difference in the lives of others. Whether your organization is involved in arts advocacy, or bettering the business community, or providing persons with life-giving help, this seminar can lead you to a better way to do so. Although flexible, the seminar is generally structured as five 1-hour sessions. This structure allows for participants to develop their personal skills without sacrificing their personal life. These have been presented in a single day, as often as weekly or as convenient as monthly around a regularly scheduled meeting of the board.
