During this highly interactive workshop, Wendell Seaborne, Ph. D. leads the members of the team to discover how his or her personal passion and the purposes of the team combine to fully prepare them for success.

This workshop is tailored to each organization, but each generally is comprised of energizing activities with educational attributes in an entertaining environment. You do not want tricks and gimmicks to make others think about you differently; you need to go below the surface and discover the hidden issues. To do that, you need good, solid advice that makes you different and gets different results.

Group members will leave this session with a renewed desire to grow and help others do the same, an energy to serve and the knowledge to make a real difference in life; their own and those around them.
