Wendell Seaborne, Ph. D. leads each member of the group to discover how his or her personal leadership style, the organization’s readiness or reluctance to change, and the turbulent environment in which they operate can come together to allow for successfully implementing a change initiative. Members will leave this session with a renewed knowledge of who he or she is, how he or she most often and most comfortably works in leading others, the state of his or her organization’s change readiness and turbulence, as well as how this knowledge, combined with his or her own purpose and passion, will allow them to successfully implement change in his or her organization.
During this highly interactive workshop, Wendell Seaborne, Ph. D. leads the members of the team to discover how his or her personal passion and the purposes of the team combine to fully prepare them for success. This workshop is tailored to each organization, but each generally is comprised of energizing activities with educational attributes in an entertaining environment. Group members will leave this session with a renewed desire to grow and help others do the same, an energy to serve and the knowledge to make a real difference in life; their own and those around them. This workshop can be done as a 2-hour, 4-hour or all-day session whatever your needs may be.
